Requirements • Excellent verbal, written communication and comprehension skills • Excellent telephone manner • Attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to manage own workload • Dependable, confident, enthusiastic, empathetic and innovative • Pro-active approach to process improvement • PC Literacy using MS Outlook, plus excellent keyboard skills • SAP experience • Impeccable attendance record • Matric (Maths advantageous) • 3 Years call centre experience • Neutral accent
