PASTEL EVOLUTION IS ESSENTIAL AND NON NEGOTIABLE

primary responsibility of this role is to drive the quality of our training, trainers, manuals, assessments, white papers, Business Partners support and consulting services, by proactively engaging with our customers, business partners, support team, project and consulting team as well as our product developers to ensure that the training division, training and information provided and trained on the Evolution product is of high standard so as to maintain the successful of the Sage Evolution product nationally and internationally.

Success in this position will be dependent upon the individual’s ability to be proactive and anticipate areas where assistance is needed and demonstrate initiative.

Working in a team environment the individual will be expected to demonstrate commitment, loyalty and an ability to work as an enthusiastic team member in accordance with the organisation’s office routines and procedures, keeping in mind the overall business objectives.

main tasks, responsibilities and Key Performance Areas:

Ensure effective planning and execution of all Evolution Business Partner Training, Training Material and Assessments

Monitor and report on progress of the training

 Be responsible for quality of the allocated deliverables and timelines

 Making sure you maintain product mastery and stay abreast of changes in the industry.

 Offering sound product and business advice

 Supporting the trainers and business partners

 Managing deliverables from a variety of staff that may or may not report directly to you

 Accurate administration of business partner skills and assessment

 Work within a budget by meeting deliverables both with respect to timelines and quality of work.

 Face to face or telecom training and meetings as required

 Ensuring the training division has required knowledge of the Sage Evolution product requirements and that the trainers are skilled to meet the customers’ requirements when training

 Maintain knowledge of Evolution

 To maintain a highly professional and ethical profile in accordance with industry and company standards.

 Maintain a well groomed and business like appearance

 To be able deliver excellent customer service and accurate information while working in a highly pressurized environment

 The successful applicant must display, strong presentation skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills

Skill requirements:

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills in business English

 In-depth knowledge of Sage Evolution

 Working knowledge of MS Office Suite

 A minimum of 3 years with the company, ideally in a similar role

 Proven track record of consistently good general performance

 Working knowledge of the accounting principles

 The job incumbent will take pride in delivering excellent material.

 Own reliable transport

NOTE: This role will require travel for extended periods outside of South Africa. For travelling purposes you will require a valid passport.
