The BBD Learnership programme



BBD has 10 vacancies for all IT related undergraduate degrees and National Diploma’s. This programme is run on an on-going basis with two intakes in February and August of each year.
The BBD Learnership programme is a work based learning programme that extends for a 12 month period. Our programme combines a structured learning component with practical work experience that is acquired while being employed with us. During our Learnership programme, incumbents will be formally assessed in the classroom and in the workplace. You will be paid a minimum monthly stipend and upon completion of this programme, you will have a nationally recognised IT qualification.


Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
National Diploma in IT or equivalent
Less than 1 year working experience
South African Citizenship
Good written and verbal communication skills
Must be energetic and open minded with a positive work ethic
Strong sense of self discipline, personal accountability and sense of urgency
Attention to detail
Must be able to work in a professional and comfortable work environment where the core focus is on learning, growth, knowledge sharing, teamwork and collaboration.
