The Doves Group (Ply) Ltd, with its Head Office in Cape Town and 150 branches throughout the country, as a leading funeral directing and insurance company, is looking to recruit Sales Consultants to sell funeral products. The successful candidates will be responsible for sales targets through innovative sales strategies.

(Benoni and Springs) 

Requirements: 

• A Grade 12 certificate and a relevant business qualification
• 2 years' experience in a managerial/supervisory capacity
• Experience within a marketing and/sales environment 
• Knowledge of the funeral industry (advantageous) 
• Computer skills (Excel, Word and Internet-based programmes) 
• A valid driver's licence
• Target-driven with an ability 10 sell and strong interpersonal skills. 

Key performance areas: 

• The key responsibility will be to sell policies, thereby increasing the market share and profitability of the business, including: 
• Creating an environment where people are developed, empowered, acknowledged and rewarded
• Providing sustainable increase of policy sales, funeral units and memorials by ensuring that standard operating procedures and processes are implemented and continuously improved
• Exploiting the market nationally
• Retaining existing clients, building on our prospective clients and exploring potential new clients
• Developing and sustaining relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
